In think it's best to use when ur 6-14% range....
As far as when to implement it I would say give it a go now...just use it for 3-4 weeks take an equal amount of time off....

So no gh/slin in the offseason but thy use it precontest? If one was to really drop cals but add insulin in pre or pwo....that makes a lotta sense.....most guys make the mistake of dosing there carb intake to their insulin dose...not the other way around

I think that's key too...maybe it's not downregulation it something to do with inhibiting gh output.....I'm in the same boat...I look in the mirror everyday and I get stuck for a little longer than normal (ha ha) because it doesn't look like me...the changes have come so fast

I graduated high school weighing 135 lbs....so I get the auto assumption when i see guys from high school or that i partied with when i enrolled in college (notice i didn't say "when I went college)......i generally just walk away...it's a no win situation but it makes them feel like an extreme...

I've looked at calorie counters for a while and memorized a lot of them....chicken is usually 150cals per 4 ozs....most steaks with eye, round or loin are 180-220 cals per 4 oz
