I know the feeling! What did you do for legs? I just trained them yesterday 405 for a straight 13 reps, then 165 for 20 for the widowmaker.

Alot of the same principles apply whether you are natural or not. I do nothing different right now that I am not on a cycle. Maybe it would help for folks who compete naturally, just to know the tricks to use without the extra drugs.

Fight club Brad, yeah I know he put on 20 for troy but he is still a little guy! 20 maybe brought him up to 165-170 if he was lucky. He is still a little guy.

I think the biggest problem is not having the sex drive like you do when on test. Now that sucks!!
