I have decided to try a Sarm cycle after reading good things about them
My main goal is to go up in strength so I bought s4 and mk-286 both of which are supposed to provide some good results. I don't really care about 1 rep max. I am aiming to be able to hit 3 sets of 7-10 on every exercise before increasing the weight. Focusing on form is of highest priority.
My only concern was the company i purchased it from was not to reputable but had an awesome price and the eye issues with s4.
As I start this log I am currently on Day 9.
My Day 1 starting Weight is 183lbs, not sure on BF %.
My Current Stats:
Bench: 235 3 sets of 8-10
Squat: 285 3 sets of 8-10
Front Squat: 195 3 sets of 8-10
Standing Shoulder Press: 120 3 sets of 8-10
Lat Pulldowns 160 3 sets of 8-10
