Best cycle for gaining mass

Hi any one know what is the best cycle for gaining mass

I'm 18 and weigh just over 50kg
Would this cycle be good ?


Week 1-9
Dbol 4 wks/2 wks off repeat 25/50 mg daily
Test e/c 750 mg / wk
Deca 600 mg /wk
Eq 600mg /wk
Mast e 400 mg/wk


Weeks 10-16
Sust 750mg /wk
Tren a 300 mg/wk
Mast p 30mg/wk


Or even if it's a good idea to start a cycle?
 
In my opinion, you're two young to be jumping into this lifestyle at a young age. Especially to be taking so much gear for a first cycle. You don't wanna destroy your natural test production at such a young age. You also don't weigh enough to take on so much gear at once. Your test levels are so high right now, increase your calorie intake & train hard. Try eating 4-5 times a day, increase your carb & protein intake. Keep doing your research & read everything possible about this lifestyle
 
take it from someone who started using gear too early and don't do it. At 18 years old and 50kg you still have so many natty gains to make and how long have you been training ? Do you have your diet in check. The key to building mass is diet. eat as much good food as you can, post your diet in the "ask 3j anything thread". By running a cycle now you run the risk of shutting down your natty production but also you will most likely lose the motivation to train without gear which at this stage in the game for you is key.

As for training I don't know your routine but try stick to heavy compound exercises. You need to build a base level of strength before you start isolation work.

Now, your probably going to ignore the advice on here because your 18 and judging from the thought you put into that cycle based on the different compounds are pretty dead set on this. If you do, at least we can do some damage control.

1- Don't use all those compounds. You'll never know whats working for you and your gunna be hounded by side effects.

2- The doses are WAY too high for a first cycle.

3- Don't run a 16 week cycle for a first cycle

4- Do you know what a PCT is ?

5- Post your meal plan.

6- If you must run a cycle run:

W1-12: Test e 400mg a week
W1-12: Arimidex 0.5 mg m/w/f

PCT: Clomid: 100/50/50
Natty test booster of your choice (personal preference) my personal fav is HCgenerate or Bridge
Nolvadex: 20/20/20

welcome to MuscleChemistry black100 , and im with the others when it comes to your being way too young to begin cycling steroids of any kind. lastly, if you do ignore our advice, i have to tell ya that your cycle from 10-16 weeks is all fucked up, so again, not a good idea either way,
 
50 kg., thats just 110 lbs. I wonder how tall he is? That is unusually thin for someone of average height. It might be a good idea to get some medical advice on this.

Read read read and do some more reading... and i mean more.. as in read learn and study. . Not just about gear either....the more u learn the more you will realise what the right and wrong things are. You will learn how to gain loads of weight with correct diet and training. ..ive been training for 17 years and only really knew what i was doing in the last 5...because i educated myself... thats the best advice i can give u is educate yourself. .. u have so much time to grow and if ur detirmined you will grow...
No offence bro but Your cycle is stupidly huge for anyone for a 1st cycle especially at your weight and age...there is a whole heap of good info on this board .. use it and take care brother
 
Thank you everyone for giving me all the different advise ,I'm 5"7 and I've tried all the different meal plans and should I be eating untill I'm nearly sick ? Or is that unhealthy
 
If you're training hard, the appetite comes with it. Steroids isn't the only option. But if you're gonna go ahead & make the leap into this lifestyle, I hope you read up & do lots of research. Especially throw out that crazy cycle you wanted to start out with. Start out with just a simple test cycle only to see how your body is gonna handle it. Make sure you have a good pct lined up afterwards. But def take our advice & research, research, research. I made that mistake & I was 38 when I started into this lifestyle. Good luck
 
Tren Ace is garbage. Eat 5500 calories per day, take 500mg of Test C EW, and work out 5 days a week 3 hrs a day. Fuck those other AAS at your age. If your A REAL BB you just need to eat alot and take Test

And what's a "REAL" bodybuilder? lol

anyone who does resistance training to pack on muscle mass and lose fat is a real bodybuilder ! So not real sure what that comment even meant

18yo running a cycle of this level.... wow.... Like Pumped said... if u MUST run juice Test E at 400mg a week is all your need to get great gainz at your very very very young age.

just dont expect to grow height wise anymore
 
Like the others said at your age and weight it would be a total waste. Gaining weight is a simple mathematical formula. Eat more than you burn. There is no mystery to it. Eat 2 pounds of meat a day and get some good carbs and fat. Sleep 8 -9 hours a night.
