Don't drink alcohol. I've heard that one. Never heard the cardio one. I don't think your friend gave you good advice honestly. What are you just supposed to take clen and do what...just lift weights? What if your heart rate gets elevated lifting weights? Are you going to have a heart attack? Don't drink alcohol and stay hydrated and watch your bp. I would limit the caffeine intake maybe. Stay more hydrated if you drink caffeine on clen and also do a session of cardio. Maybe take it easy till you know how you react you know. Don't go start clen and run a fuckin marathon.
