Ok, maybe Im missing something here lately, but over the last couple of years I have personally seen and know people, as well on all these boards that take big cycles with large doses, and claim to be using for sometime, and having many cycles under their belt. BUT, when I see them or see a pic of them, it just doesnt add up. I would say alot of them look natural.

Why is this? :confused:

I personally have took some buddys and have changed their bodys bigtime with one or two small cycles. And they look better then most of these people on the boards that claim to be using for a while.

And another thing is when people give feedback on gear and they always talk about pumps, energy, and just feeling good, but never do they metion the pounds, the weight gain that they got. And with the cycles their using, if I didnt gain a pound i would be very disappointed.

maybe I look at things different. But I never feel any different wether im on or not. All I know is my body changes.

I think a lot of people look at AAS as a miracle drug and hoping it will work wonders for them so they don't push themselves any harder than normal while training some may even slack off a bit hoping the juice will make up the difference or even do all the work for them. And the same goes for the diet also. If you eat like shit you will look like shit, period. When you take acount for all of these factors you gains will be minimal to none. Believe me, I use to be one of these dumb asses that took cycles and just could not understand why I didn't look like Arnold. But after learning that steriods are only just a small element in transforming your body and that everything else must be pushed to the limit time and time again in diet , training, and AAS that I have finally seen some major results. Last year I pushed myself to put on nearly 40 pounds and kept about 2/3 of it and my gains will be even greater this year. If you don't push yourself harder in evey aspect you might as well lay on the couch, you will get more gains there.

i hear ya man. A lot of people like to "talk" if you know what i mean. Honestly pound wise, i havent seen much going on, and im "on" a decent amount. Im leaning out, which i dont really care to do all that much. I'd rather have the size, cuz my abs show regardless. I dont know how to increase the pounds though. Its seems after my first and 2nd cycles, ive never been able to gain good like that since then. The amounts that im on/taken should be enough for YOU to grow good off of. Maybe i just need higher doses?? Not sure i guess. It seems 600-700 of test is just maintaining me, instead of blowing me up........ and its legit gear. Any thoughts?
 
I think the biggest thing you're missing Nuk is that you are a bodybuilder through and through.. a lot of the guys on the board aren't. On or off you are always eating, training, sleeping and planning like a bodybuilder. I know some guys on this board that went YEARS without even touching a weight.
To top it off you are a true competitive bodybuilder, there are even fewer of those. A lot of people just use to get in good shape. Some guys want to get harder, leaner, or more vascular. It takes a lot of dedication to get to be what we consider big. For most people its just not something they want.

good point, but years ago, when I just took to get big, I was a huge party guy, didnt know jack shit about deit and a 10cc vial of test was a 10 week cycle to me(one a week). and would still gain like 20lbs.

I had the exact same experience when I was younger. Looking back though my diet and training was still pretty damn good. I have relatively good genetics for building muscle although I don't think they are near yours. Back when I started a first cycle was a 10cc bottle of Brovel test (we all remember that garbage). Now you have guys starting at 500mg of test 40mg of Dbol and 400 of Deca!!!
I went to high doses only when everything else had been exhausted. I just started back and I'm only doing 1200mg of test, 400mg of Deca, and 70mcg of IGF at 254lbs. I will up or adjust things as needed. I have a long way to go before I feel ready to compete at the Southern States. I will see how my friend does this year. If he does well, I know I will.

So when you said my 200mg of test and 200mg of deca a week was a baby dose, you weren't kidding! lol
 
because people live in lalaland, thinkaas will make then (ripped and huge) and will do work for them, they will grow, they focuse ALOT on the steorids and supps but not ont he diet and training. and soem in there heaqds acually beleave there "huge" when there really not.
the others just talk shit and want to fit in.

iv seen pics of guys that "they say" have been working out for yearas and using aas for years. and then im thinking "but you look like your 160-170 at like 6ft??"

I mean i wont lie i havent been doing this for 15 or 20 years only like 7 but last 4 very seariously and in thows last 4 iv put on 40 lb LEAN, if you counted the water at end of bulkers sure easly 70lb, but t me water/bloat aint shit, its what you see you keppt when you cut and loos that waster and fet "i dont got much fat so not much of a factor"
if i put on 10-12lb each year of LEAN REAL muscle im happy.

these guys that talk about "broe i did a deca cycle and bro i liek put on like 30lb then too winsrolls ans got cut up its was bomb"

these kids get on my nervs nowadays, and on forums even worse , and what sux is on forums i work on for supp company's and ect. it sux cuz i cant just say "dud STFU you know nothing.

I dont get your point though? lol, seriously though i know what ya mean, hell imagine owning a big bodybuilding site, and hiring so to speak site reps to help run the site and then have a big mma event coming up that you sponsored two fighter in and sponsored part of the show and had 6 hot ass mc.com girls there in little sexy outfits brought there in strectch limousines giving out free shit where all your site reps were going to fly in and get together for the event and come to find out none of the reps looked even remotely close to how they portrayed themselves, and i mean not even close!

This happened to me and led to a huge falling out where all the reps left here talking shit on me about 7 years ago because i wouldnt hang out with any of them after the event cuase i just wanted to go back to my room,lol,

so yes i know what ya mean brutha, and some of these guys i couldnt believe showed up in Person after all the shit they talked about on line about the weight they pushed and the size they were, it was like the fucking twi-light zone and I had alot of my personal friends attend this mma event in Atlantic City and Im introducing my bodybuilder friends to my site reps for the first time in person, and realized my buddys were looking at me like.."These are the guys giving out advice on MuscleChemistry" lmao.

So yes yes yes I always wondered why people who hide behind their computers say they are this and that when in fact they arent any of the things they said they were. Its Sad realy!

I won't say I look like shit, but diet has certainly been my hugest roadblock to getting remotely close to nuk's size. I have done a couple of cycles where my weight didn't seem to change though muscle size grew larger (I have to guess that I replaced fat with muscle), but I was still disappointed that I didn't really gain weight. I did wonder what I was doing wrong at the time, but I finally know now what the problem was.

So I've been working on diet a lot this year. I'm hoping that with what I'm putting together this year that I'll at least make it to 220. Seems like once I get to a weight, I can keep it so the hard part is getting there.

Bro Im not saying the reps here have to be all beasts,lol, I mean look at the late Dan Duchaine* and others, you can give great advice and know your shit top to bottom and it doesnt matter to me how big or small you are, its just dont say ur something your fucking not, if you know ur shit and ur a tiny little fucker then so be it! Its the bullshitting I cant stand

That's why Presser is always hounding people for pics!!! J/K I have to say, eating enough for me to gain is a fulltime job. I've been off work for 4 weeks and starting my cycle 2 weeks ago. 975mg of Sustaplex a week along with 200mg of cyp, 400mg Deca and 70mcg of IGF and I haven't gained more than a pound or two. I'm also taking Aqua-Dex, but I've been off work for 4 weeks and doing nothing but eating and waiting for the gym and haven't noticed much at all. I know its only 2 weeks.... well 2 and a half.
