Enatate twice a week instead of once a week

Just curious who takes enatate or even cyp twice a week rather then once weekly. I Know most guys take it once pr week but i also hear alot of guys now take them twice a week to supposedly keep hormone levels more constant and consistant.

I have now switched to once a week and the gains are just as good. I'm up about 10 pounds in 5 weeks on my current cycle of test e at 500 mg/week.

gonna back down to 1.5G/week
don't think the extra gram was doing that much good-just over saturating the receptors

I like to take it twice a week. My doc has even told me that it would keep the blood levels more constant.

Every 3rd or 4th day...Palumbo is big on doing it EOD, but there is something to be said about to much build up of test in your body...I seem to do really well if I do it just 2x a week or every 4th day...less estrogen or something...but growth is much better that way, IMO

yes I hear of guys doing this as well, and they swear levels are more constant and swear they fell it better,

I'm currently taking 1 HG enan shot a week just to coast to my next bulking cycle. I've lost a lot of weight over the past 2 weeks (personal issues going on), but my strength has remained which is always a plus

Never seen a study on it if thats what ur asking but it seems to make sense that if your using it multiple times per week that ur hormaone levels would be more consistant, I think lmao

Personally - If I could Fit All of my dosage into one Filling I would, but I can't..

I have seen a noticeable difference in my sex drive when seperating them into two separate fillings a week.

I have read a few times that it does keep the T levels more sustained in the blood when done twice a week, i have noticed a difference.. But I dont havea link to that study, or science..
