what’s up everyone! hope everyone had a great day with insane training sessions. my energy was pretty good today, body is feeling beat down from the past few sessions but tomorrow is a rest day! not the best workout but the pump was great and strength was still pretty decent, i burnt myself out in the first exercise by trying to hit a PR on flat bench (i don’t train on flat bench)

coach increased my food intake again, hopefully the scale will start climbing and i can pack on some more tissue before the prep starts.IMG_9898.webp
