last day of pushing food! my coach sent me the new plan as we transition into prep, food intake has dropped which i’m glad because im tired of feeling full and bloated 24/7. he’s giving me a 4 week break from gear to clear my system before starting again!

today was a planned rest day which was great because work today beat me down! today was also the first “low day” of the new nutrition plan and i was starving all day but i stuck to the plan and met my macro goals. i got to catch up on sleep when i got off of work, ill be ready to crush leg day tomorrow!

overall a decent day, dealing with some personal issues that caused my nutrition to be off today. i will work on getting back on track and going harder than ever. training was great today, the pump was great along with strength and endurance.

tomorrow is a planned rest day, i may end up doing cardio and possibly a “catch up” lift to work on muscles that get missed a lot.
