Actually, I took a lot of Arginine, not to make her pregnant but bc the porn stars said it increased there fluid. I always blew, what seemed to be small loads but with Arginine, it really made a difference.
All kidding aside, the one fact I do know is that you can make a difference in the sex of your child. Feel free to check some absrtact articels in PubMed. Make sure she comes just after you and have her in a mandatory style with hips up a little IF you want a boy. If you want a girl, DO NOT let her climax. The reason is that the boy sperms are fast but die out slow so if she climaxes, her cervix actually "dips" into the sperm puddle and the distance to the egg is much shorter, hence a boy. If she does not climax, her cervix does not dip down and its a much longer swim and the female sperm usually wins. I know Im going to get smashed for this post but its true. Check it out.
