On July 21, Alexander, an actor and outspoken liberal, tweeted the following:
@IJasonAlexander:I cannot understand support for legality of the kind of weapon in this massacre. It's a military weapon.why should it be in non- mil hands?
The initial tweet received an flurry of responses, leading Alexander on Sunday to expand on his views via TwitLonger. In an extensive argument, Alexander lashed out at gun activists who claim that gun regulation violates their Second Amendment rights.
Alexander argued that the Second Amendment lays out the right to bear arms for those in regulated militias alone, not for private citizens, writing, "The advocates of guns who claim patriotism and the rights of the 2nd Amendment - are they in well-regulated militias? For the vast majority - the answer is no."

Yep, you said it. If anything, this shows the need for citizens to arm themselves.
Fuck him. They can have my Ar15 when they pry it from my cold dead hands. He wants to take my rights away. Anti gun logic is retarded and flawed at best. Criminals will always find a way to murder and kill. Taking my ability to protect myself only impowers the criminal.

I find it totally hilarious when idiots talk about outlawing guns as a way to keep them out of criminals hands. Yeah... that's worked really well.... Like alcohol, drugs, explosives.... These idiots don't understand that criminals don't give a shit about the law! That's why they're are criminals.
Besides, if anything like that we're to pass, our society would revolt overnight. I welcome the thought...

Most of these psychos have a long history of signs that have been ignored; take the guy who shot Gabby Gifffords here in Az or General Hassad.

As a simple point of contention, do you have any idea how many forcible Felons have multiple firearms with Law Enforcement agencies having full knowledge of such??? Yet no search warrants are executed... but if you have a couple bottles of test shipped to you be prepared to have your door breached and 20 heavily armed LEO's storm your house.... Sad

I can see having a hunting rifle or a pistol for protection but when do you need a gun that can shoot multiple rounds ? You going to have 20 guys attack your house ? Even if they said they were going to take our guns how many guns do you think they would even get or how many would mysteriously disappear.
First off what is an assault rifle? Second I dont care where you are from but you are dead wrong. I am prior service US Army and there is ZERO reason I or anyone else should not be able to own these or any kind of weapons. Your logic is completely flawed.
Why does anyone need a car that goes 200 mph? going faster that 70 is a crime. But you know what. I have had two. I even have a 1200 hp car in my garage. Why does anyone need that. Oh I know why, because we live in a free society and its my right. Its my responsibility to be able to protect myself. Your logic a just plane wrong. If I want to kill 12 people tonight I can do it without a problem and I dont need a gun. I'll just get it my truck and just run over people as I drive down the road. I can drive into a large crowd. Killing large numbers of people is VERY VERY easy. As for an AR15, I can do more damage and kill more people with a bolt action hunting rifle. 300-400 yards out, most people will never know where the shots are coming from before I kill 20 people at a major sporting event. All these things are so easy to do and tens of thousands of people have had all the training in the world to do these kinds of mass killings. Its too easy.
Having said that we live in one of the lowest times of crime is US History.
If people are going to snap and do these kinds of things there is very little society can do to stop it. And banning guns, I mean banning all guns wont stop people from killing each other. All it would have taken to save lives was for an armed citizen to be in that theatre. In fact Movie theatres in that city are "gun free zones". More people die in gun free zones where guns are banned completely.
I can go on and on but banning guns, or assault rifles(made up term by the media) will not do anything but empower criminals and the govt to further take rights from the people. My ability to own a rifle keeps the govt in check.

Who the hell is going to attack " joe average " citizen that he needs a gun that can fire multiple rounds in a short period of time ? At the point you are in a gun battle like that you are screwed anyways .
That kid went to a local gun store and bought all that stuffwithout any questions . I doubt that 24 year old pussy boy would had the connections to get weapons if he had to get them off the street .
Maybe the fact that this generation is so desensitize to weapons by playing with video games he disconnected to what he was actually doing . No compassion for his fellow man Maybe the shit would have taken his own miserable life if he hasn't gotten a chance to acquire the toys .
