Great suggestion! My only concern is that she may not be getting enough leg exercises on Tues/Thurs, so I would combine the leg exercises for both days and move "back and bi's" to Mon/Wed/Fri...otherwise her chest may overpower her back and her shoulders will begin to round. Play around with the program and see what works for you. :)

Hi, i just joined a gym and i decided to do the following, please tell me what you guys think.
Monday: chest/ tri
tuesday: legs/ shoulders
wed: off
thurs: back/bi's
fri: chest/tri
sat: legs/ shoulders
sun: off

The problem with having 2 chest/tri days is that your chest will soon overpower your back and your shoulders will round forward creating poor posture.

You could alternate every other Monday with back/bi's to keep up your symmetry....

Hello, missfit ii appreciate all the advice you have given me, and i hate to keep bugging you about the same thing. But, i was wondering if you could write out what an ideal workout for me would be? Again i am very thankful and sorry that i am so confused about this. Thanks Again!
