Did some back,traps and reverse curls today no picks because my tattoos are in the system.incline cable rows regular rows pull downs and wide grip pull ups.just random dumbells outer and close grip for traps and dumbell reverse curls.really tired after last set its nap time.

Today tired as hell.took pre workout and made it threw shoulders I'm napping tell my kids attack.and I'm adding mk-677 to the end of my cycle and running it for good.
 
Your body has changed u look much fuller and vascular so the gear is good but ur diet and cardio must be on point to make such gains in a short time frame

Thanks man I lowered my calorie's but kept the protein

Just pinned some test,tren and master on.popped some tbol and anavar 20 mg each and some pump juice with some mk-677 and I'm going to hit arms then straight to my moms for her birthday gonna BBQ.this will be my log for the day .everyone have a good easter weekend!!!

Damb a great chest workout and bam.I get a call saying were doing 6-12 hour days a week for a long whole...every cycle I have done in the last 4 years I get slapped last couple weeks of it with 4-6 months of 12 hours days and gains go by by.a hour drive there and back mean shower make lunch quick workout.spend a hour with the family and poof.
 
Just to make you feel a little better I have surgery in the morning to reattach my tricep tendon on my right arm. LIFE IS A BITCH

Job is already getting caught up went to 10 hour days!!!guzzled some pump juice pinned my glute and now its time to get some lat pumps and burns.after my pump juice the only thing that feels like I worked a 12 and a 10 hour day is my achy feel I feel amped and ready to get some work in.

Came home pinned smashed more pump aka pimp juice and hit a little shoulders they were sore from pushing number 14 screws into 14 gauge metal all week but killed legs and felt like a beast walking like I was on broke back mountain.lmao

OK best arm workout I have ever had bare with me on what I did I do not know the correct tittles for these workouts.trip CEP's.decline dumbell skull crushersb5 sets last set 45 pounder 10 reps .inclinebskull crushers same weight and reps then over head calnle rope pull over last set 70 pounds 12 reps all 5 sets.biceps sideways off the knee 5 sets last set 35 10 reps.incline cable close grip curls 5!sets last set 70 pounds 13 reps.incline hammers 5 sets last set 40 pounder 10 reps.all sets started at 25 reps to 10-13 reps.after my last set I walkednto the trash can and puked my brains out....
