For the next 8 months, starting July, I need to gain 7 pounds a month to reach my goal of 310lbs by the end of Feb. Right now im weighing in at 256lbs in the morning. Not sure if this can happen or not, but will give it a shot.

No doubt 7 pounds a month can be gained but I must ask what quality of weight? I dont care who you are, what your genetic make up is, or how much gear you take, 7 pounds a month of weight gain cannot be lean muscle mass or be good for you.

I must ask what is the fascination with the number 310? I am not bashing just asking. Because I never understood the want to gain so much weight, not be able to tie your shoes without breathing heavy and generally look and feel like shit.

I have to agree. With the gains you've made over the last couple years I would continue with your plans and the keep your gains solid so you don't have to diet as much for next year. With the addition of IGF, GH year round, and insulin along with AAS you're going to make great gains, but don't sacrifice your health bro. I don't want to see you turn into another Trey Brewer

Time will tell. The reason is that i always lose around 50-60 pounds when i diet for a show. So im trying to compete around 240-250lbs next year.

Put on quality weight bro.
If your losing that much weight precontest you may have to rework your diet.
For instance I would start 250lbs, a week before the show weigh about 235
Then the other 10lbs is water. weighing in at 225lbs

My precontest diet would consist of over 500g carbs over 500g protein. Gaining muscle while dieting is key

Weight is only a number. The key to this sport with longevity is staying healthy.

Nuk, honeslty I dont think you need to weigh at 300lbs offseason to compete at 240lbs. I would just focus on solid muslce weight, and stay pretty tight and lean. You prob, could just get to your normal 265-275lbs and still be able to compete around 240bls..hell you look bigger than what you are anyway

I agree with the above. If you weigh your normal weight, but stay lean, precontest will be a lot easier on you and you won't be losing as much weight. I mean, Chris looks great now and he's heavy and lean and still growing. I'm sure you can/will do the same

Bud, your physique now, from just a few months ago, looks incredible. You've heard this a thousand times... it's not a sprint. Take your current goal, and make those three to fiveyear goals. You obviously have good genetics... let them mature overr time.

Best wishes!
