new style...new injury!!!

hey guys, just updating on my shoulder. it doesnt feel a 100% yet. ive been lifting moderate weight on shoulder days and trying to get as much blood in there as possible. i did some heavy incline dumbbell press on monday with 145lb dumbells. i was very nervous but i felt strong and went for it. i hit 7 clean reps. when i got home after my work out though my shoulder started hurting alittle bit again, im gonna lay oof from doing heavy sets for a few weeks.

Im gonna look into purchasing one of those ultra sound machines Dude has.
