Alright everyone,
figured I would create a log in here to track progress and all that good stuff.
Here's the stats:
Height: 6'1
Weight:205(in pics)
Chest: 44"
Waist: 32"
Neck: 17"
Diet for first 2 weeks and what i've been doing:
3000 cals
60% protein, 20% carbs(60% consumed PWO), 20% fats(80% from peanuts that i snack on throughout day)
All clean foods, measure everything out and all that. broken down into about 10meals from 5am to midnight
Diet weeks 2-10.
bumping up the carbs from about 150-300
calories will fluctuate based on body weight.
Cycle:
IGF-1 @ 40mcg ED (every 12hrs)- wks 1-6
Enan @ 500mg - wks 1-10
Prop @ 125mg EOD - wks 1-8
Tren @ 75mg ED - wks 7-12
IGF-1 @ 40mcg ED (every 12hrs) - wks 12-17
Alright, so I started the IGF-1 from the MC Store(great service) Friday night and i must say it felt weird injecting in my abs and bis haha, but I'm definitely pumped.
the pics are crappy, but it's the best i have..haha
