Yea I definitely have no idea what I am doing as far as posing is concerned. But I know you will get me there.
 
Well I weighed 245.8 this morning. I even had less carbs than normal yesterday so I don't know if the superdmz is putting a little weight on me. Had a good shoulder workout yesterday. I will be doing another back workout today to wrap up the week. I have noticed since starting the DMZ that my vascularity has been through the roof at least for me.
 
Had a good back workout today to end the week. Looking forward to good day of rest tomorrow from lifting and cardio. Will try to do a lot of sleeping. I feel tired and need to recover. Will see what I weigh in the morning.

Weighed in at 248.6 this morning. Not sure where the weight is coming from. May be holding a little water from the superdmz. The only thing I ate differently yesterday was a steak for my red meat instead of ground beef. I should have my DNP coming in the next few days so hopefully that will help with any extra weight I am trying to hold onto. I am a week away from starting my diet so I am sure I will start getting rid of the weight for sure at that time. I will enjoy this off day and watch some football and sleep! Will be back at it tomorrow.

But you can definitely turn some heads, you've got a nice thick build to work with

I appreciate the suggestion. I will definitely have to go check that out. I was wondering if there was anything out there on posing. I should have known there would be something on the internet lol. Thanks for the compliment as well. As long as I can dial it in I believe I can have a good first showing. Only time will tell but I am focused on the task at hand.
 
Weighed in at 248.4 this morning. Headed to do my chest workout then will double up this evening with hamstrings. Had a good day of rest yesterday and I feel rejuvenated and ready to get back to work.
 
Had a good chest and hamstring workout today. Felt good today and my strength was good. I am holding a little water so I can't wait to get started with my DNP later on this week. I will take another set of pics and post those later this week.
 
I woke up this morning and knew right away I would be back down in weight. I don't have the water I was holding yesterday. Weighed in at 244.8. Have back workout today and cardio of course. Should have my DNP by end of the week so I look forward to start shedding some pounds. Start the diet on Saturday and crazy as it may sound I actually am looking forward to it. I am ready to show the world what I have worked so hard on in the offseason. My offseason diet has been very clean so other than not getting those cheat meals it will not be a drastic change for me.

lol, yeah it does sound crazy,lol, i know what you mean though for sure, but i dont miss those last few weeks before a show, they were tough for me!
 
Had a good workout today. Felt strong throughout the whole workout. Now a week into the superdmz. Great pumps and vascularity from this stuff from what I can tell and the only bad side effect has been water retention. But today it was gone. With this acting pretty much like DBol, I am sure some of the other side effects will kick in. Luckily I haven't seen them yet.
 
246.8 this morning. Will be doing arms today. Probably will take some pics tonight for this week. Will post those up as soon as I can. Only 2 more days until the diet. Going to enjoy these days while I still can. Although I have already cut out the sugars, I have a feeling calorie restriction is going to be rough on me. I love to eat!
 
what do you do for your arms workout brutha? just curious

I always start off with triceps first because I am really trying to get more growth from them.
Triceps

V bar pressdowns
closegrip bench
skullcrushers superset with rope pressdowns
dips or sometimes finish off with another exercise like dumbbell overhead extensions

Biceps

Dumbbell curls
incline dumbbell curls
barbell curls
hammer curls
preacher curls then one arm dumbbell preacher curls
machine curls
 
Had a good workout today. For the first time since I started the superdmz I felt my strength go up. I was able to lift heavier all throughout the workout. I will take some pics tonight and get those posted shortly.
 
Back down to 244.6 this morning. Had hamstrings and quads today. My strength was good today as well. I was able to load the rack all the way for leg press today and hit 18 reps. Have a video of that if I can figure out how to load the video I will post that up for your amusement lol. I also took a couple quick pics last night. I will post those now. Will probably take a weekly set of pics so I can see my progress. Overall a good day and workout.
