Weighed in at 241.0 this morning. Weight continuing to go down. Good day of rest. Not feeling too bad today. Had to do cardio. A did a "cardio confessions" video today. Will post that now. Basically just trying to keep you informed of how the mental side of things is going for me during this prep. Everybody knows that you must train and diet and do cardio. But what I like about the videos is that I can share my emotions and feelings that I am going through. If you want to it is there for you to look at. Maybe someone is thinking of doing their first show. This can give you an idea of what it would be like.
 
Talked with Nuknuk tonight. Will be changing my diet and cardio this week. Two 20 min sessions of cardio each day at high intensity. I will now have a third shake each day. Also added in a few more carbs. We are pleased with where I am at so that is a good thing. Will not start carb cycling until we have to. As long as I respond to this we will stick with it. We are increasing the sustanon by another 350mg each week. Everything else will stay the same for now.
 
Weighed in this morning at 240.8. Starting the new cardio and diet plan as of today. Headed to do chest soon and hamstrings later on. Will see how I feel today.
 
Weighed in at 240.0 this morning. Continuing to improve my conditioning. Did back today. Had to get a sugar free monster energy drink to give me some pep in my step. I will say that is the major downfall to the DNP. I feel sluggish a lot. The diet I am sure isn't helping that. I will be getting my prescription nutrition order in tomorrow. Getting some ingredients to hopefully have a strong pre workout drink. Really concentrated on squeezing my back today to isolate the muscle group. Not going as heavy right now. But my body is responding well to the high volume type of training I am doing.
 
Sorry it has taken all day to update. Been a long starving day. I have been very hungry today. Weighed in at 239 today. Haven't seen myself under 240 in quite a few years. Excited to see that happen. A little bit closer to target weight. I got my order in today from PN. Put together a great preworkout drink. I really needed the energy and the pumps in my arms today were amazing. Best pump in a while! Had a workout partner today so that allowed me to go to failure on a couple things as well. I shaved off the beard on the 1st and have gotten a lot of comments on my weight loss since doing that. I guess my cheeks are starting to concave lol. The tren is doing amazing things to my body as well. Things I have never seen before. Powerful drug for sure! Taking some problend from PN starting today. I must say those shakes definitely kill my hunger for much longer than the whey isolate. Continue to take it day by day.

I definitely agree. The scale and mirror have been going hand in hand for right now. As the weight is coming off the better I am looking.
 
Weighed 239.8 this morning. Up about a half pound from yesterday. That probably has to do with last night. I was not able to sleep well last night. Had a lot running through my mind. So about 3 AM when I wasnt asleep of course I was STARVING which means I was never getting back to sleep. So I had 1 chicken breast and a small spoon of peanut butter. Luckily Nuknuk has given me the option to have more chicken if I have to have something. Definitely a life saver! Will be doing legs today so the extra calories will help.
 
Yesterday and today have been the worst I have felt so far. I am having extreme lethargy and on top of that have been very hungry. Legs today was such a battle to get through. I toughed it out but it was not an easy task. I hope I can at least sleep well tonight. That will help a lot I am sure. Let's hope tomorrow gets better.
 
I will run the DNP until next Saturday. Then we will take a 14 day break and run it for another 20 days. So I still have over a week on it. I love how it is making me look but there is definitely a trade off for how I feel.
 
Weighed 242 this morning. Looking very lean still. Hopefully I will feel much better today. Headed to do a morning cardio session and then will train shoulders this afternoon.
 
Had a good workout today. Still feeling sluggish but making it day by day. Will finish up my week with back tomorrow morning and then getting a deep tissue massage in the afternoon. Rest on Sunday thank you!! Will probably take some pics tomorrow as well.
 
14 weeks out today and exactly 3 weeks into the diet. Weighed 242.4 this morning. Looking good in the mirror still so I hope I am continuing to grow some lean muscle. As long as I make the heavyweight class and my conditioning is on point I really don't care what I weigh. Will be training back this morning before my deep tissue massage this afternoon.
 
In the novice there is no superheavy weight class, it's just heavy weight over the 199 or 200 mark. so you shouldnt have that to worry about.
 
Very true but it is a possibility that I will compete in the open as well so I will need to be right at 225.
