Weighed 242.2 today. My body is in much need of a rest day. Will try to nap today. I am still having problems sleeping. Not sure which aspect of my regimen is causing this. I may need to find something to supplement with for sleep aid. My body feels good after my deep tissue massage yesterday although I am still very tired and lack energy. But I have come to accept this as a common feeling on any day.
 
Weighed 244.2 this morning. Weight is climbing back up but I still look the same. The gear has to be increasing some lean muscle which I am happy with. Already had meal 1 this morning and my first session of cardio. All before 7 AM. very weird for me as I am normally not an early riser but my sleep is off right now. Feel better after a rest day yesterday. I took some melatonin last night to help me sleep. Didn't sleep long but maybe what I did sleep was good sleep. My appetite is on full blast right now. I might have to try and find something to help me suppress that for now.
 
About to head for chest and hamstrings in a few. Then one more cardio session and call it a day. I so much more have to mentally prepare myself these days because of all the other things going on with my body right now. Will probably take those pics this evening.
 
Had a decent workout today. Even with no energy I was able to get a decent pump with high repetitions. Will be taking some more melatonin tonight to help with my sleep.
 
Ok weighed in at 240.8 this morning. My water weight must be fluctuating a little bit. I still think I am growing into the show so that is good. Talked with Nuknuk this morning and we will be getting together tomorrow to do some posing work. Also he will be able to see me in person so that he can truly see my progress which is good. May be able to do a training with him depending on his schedule. Will be adding in MC IGF-1 to my supplement regimen for the remainder of my prep so big shout out to MC. Also will be getting some things from cyber supplementz and will be doing a review for them on their products so a big shout out to them. Guys we have some great sponsors for this board and you should all take great advantage of that! Well about to hit the gym for a back workout.
 
Busy day today. Weighed in at 241.2. Went down to destin to do a workout with Nuknuk. Then we did some posing work for the first time. I was pleased with a couple poses for it being my first time ever. Will post those pics tomorrow. Put up some videos from the workout today so go check those out. Got legs tomorrow so I am going to try to get some decent sleep tonight.
 
Weighed in at 238.8 this morning. I could tell the water weight I was holding around the waist had gone down. Had legs today. My left hamstring was real tender today so I had to hold back on quads. Couldn't go as heavy on my leg press and didn't even attempt squats. Finished up with leg extensions. Will see how it is feeling tomorrow.
 
Man this hammy is sore as hell. I didn't know if I would get through my last cardio session tonight! But I made it and that is all that matters I guess. Well I am going to post my first set of actual poses working with Nuknuk. I feel that he did a great job of at least allowing me to somewhat understand each of them so that I can be working on these things. So here they are. Critique as you will......

Today I weighed in at 242.2. Had a good shoulder workout and session of cardio. One more cardio left for the day. Pretty hungry today. Energy levels have not been too bad.
 
now you have some pics to look at and practice your posing some more, (still need some tweeks) you can see how much better your back looks when posed differantly

quads are looking good and starting to get some nice lines in the side of your legs.

yes actually learning to pose correctly is making a world of difference. A lot of work to be done with the posing and getting midsection ready. But nuknuk said my stomach and lower back will probably be the last thing to dial in. Tomorrow is my last day of DNP for a couple weeks. Coming off a 20 day cycle of that. Nuk said that I should lose some water weight just by coming off that. Will be adding in liquid T-3 and Clen and the M1T as soon as it comes in from cyber supps. Also will be adding liquid nolvadex and arimadex and MC IGF-1 as soon as it gets here. I am expecting all of that in the next few days.

Got to do one cardio session today and nothing else but rest. I will probably be starting a new training split tomorrow to try to maximize my rest time. We will see how the body will respond to that.

Ok guys I weighed 244.2 this morning. Weight is just floating around in the low 240's right now. I like my look though. Yesterday is the absolute best I have felt so far. Coming off the DNP may have helped with the troubled sleep. Wasn't as hungry yesterday and had a good rest day. I am changing my split this week to 2 on 1 off then 2 on 2 off. So basically 4 days to hit it hard in the gym. Will probably do chest and bi's, back and tri's, legs, and shoulders and traps. Maybe once I get out to TX and get hooked into a 24 hour place I may just go strictly to 2 on 1 off no matter what days it falls. I am hoping my getting more rest I will be able to hit it harder to continue stimulating growth up to the show. Will start a log on my MC IGF-1 use when it gets here. Will update you on my Clen and T3 usage as well.
 
Weighed in at 242 today. Felt pretty decent today. Trained triceps this morning and back this evening. I added in Clen and M1-T today. I will be doing another log for those products and how my body is reacting to them so that I can give a good review for cyber-supplementz. Because of my new split this week tomorrow is a rest day from training other than my cardio sessions. I really pushed it hard and heavy the past two days because I knew I had a rest day tomorrow. I really feel my body will respond well to the rest and stimulate some growth from getting heavier on the weights.
 
Weighed 238.4 this morning. Not sure how much to attribute to starting the aqua burn. My caloric intake has not changed much so it could be a little water as well. Today is a rest day for me other than cardio. Will enjoy resting my body. Have a lot to do today to get ready to leave for vacation tomorrow night.
 
Weighed 240 this morning. I had a good rest day yesterday other than cardio and am ready to hit legs this morning. Must get an earlier start to make sure I have my training and cardio out of the way before we hit the road this evening. A lot to do today but ready to go on a quick getaway with the family before I leave for the new job. Just one of those things being a competitive bodybuilder. Will be dieting and training on the road but I can make it work. Especially with my new 6 pack fitness meal management system!

Have had a good time so far. Burning some extra calories from all the walking around. It's like a low intensity cardio session all day. My 6 pack fitness cooler has been a life saver for sure. It has been funny how many looks and conversations you get when you look like a bodybuilder.
