Thats a whole lot of IGF 1 lr3 to be running your first go around brutha. Or have you run it before? Its been my experience that anything over 100mcg is a complete waste for me, and I dont feel the difference when going higher, like you do when you go from say 30mcg to 50 or 60 micrograms .
And the whole 4 week on and off thing is hogwash, although you’ll still find plenty of antiquated articles online stating to run 4 on and 4 off, but you can run lower doses of igf for a couple months no problem and NOT only still feel it working but really see the changes. For me week 7 was always when I could really see the changes from the very beginning.
I am also a “Less is More” kind of guy when it comes to everything, from hormones, to sarm and growth factors! I run 30mcg as long as money allows me and its made a huge impact on my physique, and not by way of muscle gains, but more so as a recomp tool. Its keep me lean and hard, and muscle bellies always full.
Timing is key with igf / food / training, and I personally carb deplete all morning , til mid afternoon and then carb load with my igf right before hitting the gym.
But I would rethink that igf 1 lr3 dosage daddio.
Oh and you should always have your pct ancillaries on hand, as you never know when you might need them for various reason. Many guys have waited thinking their cycle was not going to end for a while and they had time to buy their pct stuff, and then their cycle ends, and their pct needs never arrive on time, or maybe not at all for whatever reason, and then boom, your fucked cause you just met a hot ass Latina chick who wants to fuck your new found physique, but OH NO wait, your cock won’t get hard, lol,
