Well I was out the other night with my Gorgeous Goddess Wife celebrating a very big business decision I've made with my garage so I was HUNGRY. Now I know this isn't a Dieting type of meal but let's just call it a BULKING DIET.

14oz Sirloin and Ribs combo with Baked Potato and Corn but I actually Tripled the Ribs order and washed it down with 2 20oz Yuengling Lites...

One of my favorites that's loaded with Protein, Carbs and tons of nutrients is mixing Low Far Cottage Cheese, High Protein Greek Yogurt and Freshly Diced Fruit with a Scoop of my favorite protein powder....
