From what I read, Vitamins A, B6, and C, Iron, Selenium, Zinc, maximizing gut health (diet/probiotics), and performing HIIT work outs can aid thyroid production. If interested, you can hit up "need to build muscle" website and on the T3 PCT product page it has an explanation for why each ingredient is in there. I also read about people being on T3 for 9 months at a time, do a 3 month recovery and back on. Apparently the natural production should only take about a month to fire back up no matter how long you are on T3. With that being said, people who don't take the proper pct get soft and shitty while waiting for natural production to reboot.
