I've taken some time off, you know life stuff. But, moving end of this month to a new beginning and am ready to lose myself in some quality training. I've got the first 15 weeks mapped out, sure things may change but the starting plan is above.

Starting with a rocky beginning, very minor pec strain and some left knee tendon issues... But, nothing i've not worked around before and not at all worried.

I will be following a block periodization model, 4 week waves. Let's get busy!

Yes, I have been a Steroidify athlete for several years, and actively compete in Powerlifting.
Shoot me a dm, curious why the images break the rules?

But yes I can do plain text in my logs, but never knew images were against the rules of the forums

Today's training session, pending permission to post content/images/ This forum's rules seem to have changed a bit:)

Deficit Bench: 5x5
Swiss bar Incline: 5x4
Light work, just working on the movement and getting some stretch back into the peck.

Machine chest press: 3x15~ then a cluster set to failure.

Assisted Pullups: 5 sets

Bicep curls

Some Single Arm DB Work the other week, because its fun:
100lbs - 35ish reps

@ckcrown84 Nice man. I remember you. I think from another Forum, I'm not sure, but it's good to see you back.

@ckcrown84 Bros. Wow, you got some big arms and triceps.

Vascularity in your arms is tremendous. Great update to this law. Keep them coming.

@ckcrown84 We'll definitely follow this.

Sorry about some of the injuries. That's just part of the iron game though. You will definitely work through them.

@ckcrown84 A great job. Starting a new log.

Best thing you can do for sure and it's a great way to push yourself and help others.
