It's good to be back on here. I was in the site back in the mid 20teens.
I am a 45 man. I have been stuck between 179-185lbs (81-84kg) for the past 8-10years. I typically float around 14-18% BF. I am very active and have been blessed/cursed with a ridiculously high metabolism. I am an avid outdoors man and I like to incorporate wild game in as many meals as possible. I try to eat clean for the most part, but that isn't much of a concern for me. I do most of the cooking at our house. I am also blessed with a pretty flexible job and a home gym. I am in my home gym at least 5 days a week. I have ran 3 cycles in the past to increas size and strength. I am looking to do a mild 14 week bulk and another more intense bulk after my PCT and recovery from this upcoming run. This upcoming run is just for me. I think I'm feeling my age a bit and just need something for myself to be honest.
My planned cycle will include. 14 week
Preload EQ first 2 weeks @300 p/week split into 2-150mg pins
Weeks 3-12
200-300EQ and 250-350 Sust
Week 13&14 250-350 Sust
Then PCT with Clo & Nov
I will have an anti Aro on hand incase I get symptoms.
I will also need to take my food intake up to at least 4500-5500cal/week.
Any criticism, comments, or advice are welcome.
I have been away for a while but there still seems to be allot of smart good people here willing to help.
