Hello all,

It's good to be back on here. I was in the site back in the mid 20teens.
I am a 45 man. I have been stuck between 179-185lbs (81-84kg) for the past 8-10years. I typically float around 14-18% BF. I am very active and have been blessed/cursed with a ridiculously high metabolism. I am an avid outdoors man and I like to incorporate wild game in as many meals as possible. I try to eat clean for the most part, but that isn't much of a concern for me. I do most of the cooking at our house. I am also blessed with a pretty flexible job and a home gym. I am in my home gym at least 5 days a week. I have ran 3 cycles in the past to increas size and strength. I am looking to do a mild 14 week bulk and another more intense bulk after my PCT and recovery from this upcoming run. This upcoming run is just for me. I think I'm feeling my age a bit and just need something for myself to be honest.

My planned cycle will include. 14 week
Preload EQ first 2 weeks @300 p/week split into 2-150mg pins
Weeks 3-12
200-300EQ and 250-350 Sust
Week 13&14 250-350 Sust
Then PCT with Clo & Nov
I will have an anti Aro on hand incase I get symptoms.
I will also need to take my food intake up to at least 4500-5500cal/week.

Any criticism, comments, or advice are welcome.

I forgot, ive also been using Universal Nutrition Animal Pack and Animal Flex for years. I'll probably never stop using there packs.

Preloading isnt needed bro this is very oldschool way
start with 250mgs sustanon and 200mgs equipoise and run it the first 8 weeks so you can see how you feel as we dial in diet and training properly thats the key

Training, please share actual exercises reps sets and weights, as you go especially get stronger
cardio how much do you do? when etc
If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

I would personally put up some pictures and get a log journal fired up
This way we can give you more information. Without knowing much about you, it's hard to really give you tips.

@Catfishlips I strongly recommend. You get your blood work done.
It's going to be very important to know those numbers. This way going forward, we can track you on your log and give you the best advice.

@Catfishlips This is looking like a good plan. I like equipoise.
If you're planning on doing a PCT. Then you also need a strong testosterone booster with it.
 
Thank you all. I just saw all the replies, thank you all again. I will definitely get back to all who have posted. I just have a bit of a crazy weekend. Thank you all again so much for the kind words and great advice. I need to get some sleep I have an early morning and a long ass day tomorrow.
