sweet potatoes!

I LOVE sweet potatoes, are they good for you? What exactly are in them? Im sure they are better than a plain baking potatoe. SO what is the nutritional fact of a sweet potatoe?
 
Defintely a very good source of carbs with a low glycemic index(GI).

Sweet Potatoes are 100 times better than plain potatoes. There high in antixidants and a great way to get your carbs. Just eat them without the brown sugar.
 
I love Sweet Potatoes (Yams)

I cook them in a pan on the stove with a tablespoon of olive oil.

Then I put some ketchup on them and a tiny tiny dash of salt.

But that's just how I like em' ;)

They are extremely healthy for you.
I could probably do without the salt & ketchup though.
