Hello everyone! Starting a daily log to hold myself accountable and hopefully inspire other people! I was a competitive powerlifter for 4 years and wanted to give a shot in bodybuilding.



Currently on an aggressive cut stripping bodyfat before going into a growth season before competing late next year! Eating 2400 calories on training days and 2200 on rest days.

I was gonna say I'm not sure there's a need to do an aggressive cut in order to grow and yet when I did a mini-cut of sorts the rebound into a mass phase got me to the heaviest I've ever been

I think either today or next Wednesday is when i switch to my growth phase. Priming my body and insulin sensitivity. But my body definitely wants to grow, every week I’m getting bigger and leaner haha. I would like to keep composition relatively the same at around 250lbs body weight at the end of this long growth phase

Hello everyone! Starting a daily log to hold myself accountable and hopefully inspire other people! I was a competitive powerlifter for 4 years and wanted to give a shot in bodybuilding.



Currently on an aggressive cut stripping bodyfat before going into a growth season before competing late next year! Eating 2400 calories on training days and 2200 on rest days.
