Let’s go my people it’s Monday and we’re back where we want to be…IN THE GYM! Picked up the elliptical yesterday but it’s got a minor problem I need to fix and wasn’t able to last night so no fasted cardio this morning but hopefully we’ll be back at it this week. Mondays are usually blah days for most of us but it went by super fast for me today which was nice since I was itching to get a lift in. Weight is still a bit high after the midnight munchies over the weekend which has led me to a decision that wasn’t easy to make but I’m going to stop smoking weed all together. I love it but the cravings and munchies only increase the hunger I already have and I can’t control it anymore so that’s done this week as soon as I run out. Hoping to be about 170 for tomorrow’s check in with coach so we’ll wait and see. Today’s leg day was epic though, had some crazy leg pumps and could barely walk straight at times. Kinda hoping I’m a bit sore tomorrow bc damn do I feel like I did the damn thang today. Pretty sure we increased weights on every exercise almost. The cycle is cycling.

  • Abduction machine 2x10-15
  • Standing calf raise 3x12-15

What’s up my fellow swolediers today’s Tuesday so you know we’re coming correct with a nasty push day pump. Currently I’ve been doing some light pt work on some nagging shoulder issues which are getting better and today the shoulders felt nice and loose and healthy. Made for a great workout today. Had to work around a sore injection spot on my delt from last night which was annoying but didn’t impact performance. Started off with some band and mobility work like always and warmed up my shoulders right which makes a huge difference. Still working on the elliptical so fasted cardio is out likely until the weekend when I have some free time to mess with it. Weirdly enough though cardio is almost more successful later in the day when it comes to getting to zone 2 cardio. Early mornings my heart so stubborn it barely gets past 110 bpm but I can do the same exact cardio later and hit 130 with the same variables. Maybe it’s just giving full time for the Clen to kick in is the difference 🤷🏾‍♂️. Check in with coach today went smooth and we’re currently leaving everything as is for now since progress hasn’t stalled. Bummer bc I always want some more food added in but I’ll survive. Great workout today and we pushed it to a great spot although I was a bit weaker this week but nbd it was barely noticeable mainly just burned out quicker. Could be bc sleep wasn’t that great. Got 7.5 hours but I woke up probably 7-8 times so not very restful.

Yo what’s up guys it’s hump day and I’m feeling a little bit of that mid week work fatigue today but we still get after it, NO EXCUSES. Still no elliptical setup so working on that when I have time really just need to get one piece re attached and it’ll hopefully work when I plug it in, needed a new power cord and haven’t tested that out yet either. Today was a blur tbh it went by quick and I was just along for the ride but that’s nice when work floats by. Hunger was up alot today and I was pretty hungry only an hour after my second meal of the day. Weight was a bit down today again so I have a feeling next week as long as I don’t cheat on my diet and gain weight well increase the food up some which would be amazing. Currently on 4 meals a day but if we were to add a 5 small meal that’d be tits. We’ll see when we get there I guess, in the meantime I’m locked tf in. Feeling a bit tired today as I said so some of my sets were a bit lower than last week but not by much so no harm there. All in all solid workout and I feel like I’m “feeling” my lower lats activating more which is pretty dope.
