On 4/11/10 I started IGF, Ive got a couple doses left but I've been eager to post the results to get some feedback. I have done all SQ. Here is a quick summary:
4/11-4/18: 40mcg before bed, Light training 3 days that week. Coming
back from surgery on broken ankle 1/30/10. Didnt feel any
different, not much going on.
4/19-4/26: Increase dose to 60mcg and pre-wo per suggestions here.
Moderate training 4 days. Felt a little groggy towards end
of week.
4/27-5/4: 60mcgs. Moderate training, 3 days but heavier. TIRED AS HELL!
Was sleeping 10-12 hours a night.
5/5-5/12: Took week of from training but was working my ass off for 7
days straight. Missed a couple doses so jumped to 80mcgs to
compensate.
5/11-5/12: Got the flu, in bed for two days.
5/14: Resumed 80 mcgs Got on the scale and was 217lbs, figured I was
dehydrated from the flu.
5/17-Current: Finishing with 80 mcgs by early next week, started pro-
Prohormones 5/17 back to gym, intense training, 2 hours a
day 5 days.
On april 11, when I started I was 232.4 today I'm 217.8. At first I thought I was still dehydrated or something, but Ive been drinking 1.5-2 gallons a day for over a week so Im thinking not, diet has been pretty clean and around 2500-3000 cal. So Ive lost 14.6 lbs, 3.5 inches off my waist, 1" off hips, 3/4" off chest and quads:evil:, 1" off neck, everything else stayed pretty close.
I gotta be honest, even though I wanted to lean out, Im still in shock over the weight loss! Thats hard to get used to. I havent been under 220 in at least 10 years. Funny thing is, I still feel like a fat ass, but I'm afraid to drop any more weight. I think Ill feel better once I put my strength to the test. This past week has been all conditioning (2 sets 6-8 reps, 2 sets 15-20 reps). I started noticing weight loss around week 2.5-3. I had dropped about 5-6 lbs. Then outta no where my pants were falling off while working, had to crank the belt up a notch. Two weeks after that, another notch, I was like WTF! I'm thinking there is something wrong with my pants. 3.5 inches off the waist will do that.
So I guess we'll see what happens. I'm gonna start a bulk phase now. Started on some pro hormones, gonna keep the same diet, just increase amounts, get the calories up. I'll wrap up the p.h in 6 weeks, and probably run the IGF again, I see now why you guys use it as a bridge, makes sense.
I want to thank everyone who contributed to my threads and posts, and walked me through this. I really love this forum! Aside from the sarcasim, which is hilarious, no attitudes and a great willingness to help. I hope to offer the same as I learn. Peace.
