Yea man that would be great. I would love to pick up some tips from you as well. The people in my gym look at me like I'm a freak. You would look like a greek god lol. Would love to have you.
 
Weighed in this morning at 245.2. I'm feeling pretty good today no aches and pains but a little bit tired. Headed to do legs so we will see how that will go.
 
Hows that cardio going? This is key for you.

It's going good. 1 hour a day. Sometimes a will split it into 30 min sessions but still getting it in. Not my favorite thing in the world but I know a necessary evil especially for my body type. I am looking leaner than I have been in a while so that is a good indicator. We still changing the cardio and diet at the first of the year?
 
Legs today. Did some 20 rep sets on leg press and squats. Pretty sore right now. Hopefully these things are growing right now. Got 30 more minutes of cardio tonight and my last 2 meals and will call it a day.

Almost forgot I was looking at my calendar today and I some how miscalculated my weeks. I am only 15 weeks out this Saturday. So a little closer than I thought.
 
It will be here before we know it!! You still have a couple months til u start getting miserable lol
 
Weighed in this morning at 242.0. Lowest I have been I believe. Pretty exciting to see my weight coming down. I know not to worry about the scale, but it is always in the back of your mind because you have to make weight for your weight class. But the way I look has been pleasing so I can see that I am going in the right direction. Have taken a few pics along the way this week. Will get those up I promise. Have shoulders today and looking forward to that. It is my favorite workout so I always come in with a little extra energy. Just the way my body responds to that workout is great. No shoulder pain anymore so excited about that.
 
Good workout today. No pain in my shoulder. Did 30 min of cardio. Will do another 30 this evening. Got a good sweat going. I was a little tired though. I took some advice from mike Ross and ordered some things from prescription nutrition to make my own preworkout drink. Hope that helps with the energy and helps keep my pumps going. I saw some striations in my shoulders today that I have never seen before. My injectables that I just started this week seem to be kicking my body into overdrive. I feel like a fat burning furnace right now.

Ok guys I weighed in at 241.4 this morning. Weight continues to drop for 3 days now. I feel good with how I look. Will be doing back today so we will see how my energy levels are. I have felt very tired the past two days. Could be from the DNP. Not sure why I can't copy and paste pics from my phone so I will load a few from my laptop from the past few days.

This was after a late night cardio session the other night.
 
Happy 15 weeks out to me! I took a couple pics after the gym and shower tonight. Again guys I know that my posing is terrible because I have no experience there but I am confident Nuknuk will get me there when I need to be ready for that. Good back workout today but I have no energy whatsoever! Then on top of the workout I had an hour of cardio. I was so exhausted after the first 30 so I stopped and had a meal then did the rest. I can tell my body is extremely tired right now between the dieting and the DNP. But I feel like I look ok right now. I am trying to juggle all of my priorities and have been taking a little heat at home lately about the time away training. Then when I am home my wife feels like I am always eating so I "am not spending quality time with her". I am a little stressed and the tiredness could be coming from that as well. If any of you that compete and have a wife and kids can give some pointers on that you would be my best friend lol! Looking forward to an off day from training to recover. But I do still have to get cardio in because I did none on christmas day. Will try to sleep as much as possible to get ready for next weeks training schedule. I believe the diet and cardio will be changing this week so I will keep you posted on that when I talk with Nuknuk.

i dont compete brutha but i really admire you for seeking advice to make sure things are good with the family, you might try starting a new thread

Thanks for the idea of starting another thread! Didn't even think about that. I was just writing about what I was feeling yesterday. Thanks for the compliment. It goes a long way for those bad days.
 
Yes!!! You are looking good quick. Seems like what we are doing is right on track. Will call you tonight to talk about the changes.
