Well it's too soon to tell really. I've only been on a little over 3 weeks. Aside from my skin feeling smoother, I do feel a bit stronger at the gym and my weight has pretty much stayed the same. The main reason I started was because of joint pain during my pole fitness classes. I've taken several months off and plan to start back slowly in 2 weeks or so. That'll be the real test. I know this is sorta a boring log...lol, but they say it takes some time to notice changes with GH.
 
How's your sleep been since starting GH? And if we fall asleep during your log just cut the goose loose and post some more pics! LOL
 
Lol, my sleep is not very good unfortunately. The Dude gets home from work at 2am when I'm already in bed (I have to be up at 5:30am) so it's interrupted a bit. He's as quiet as he can be but I'm a light sleeper. I also take ambien so if the GH has any impact I wouldn't know.
 
I think Presser hacked my PM box and kept them for himself.I did not mail the check yet because the deal on the bridge I was selling went sour.
 
Sooo I'm about out of var, The Dude thinks I should take a break from it, but add 75mg a week of primo along with my 100mg of deca and 40-50mg of MC's IGF (pre-workout). What do you guys think?? Does anyone else have any ideas?
 
only comment I have is that I understand (never tried but getting very interested) that GH, especially at the low dose takes
a while to show and is gradual. (others prob have better info from actual experience) More like months and the benefits
are good but most people want quick results. That is why I suggested the longer time between pics (which seemed to piss
all the guys off, lol) Guess Im trying to say its not going to be anywhere close to 1000mg of test a week. lol
Gradual and befeficial which goes against todays instant gratifacation. KEEP UP THE LOG THOUGH. One thing I am
interested in is how permenant are the results? Its going to be a slow log but great info. Like I said, keep it up girl and thanks.

I agree with your hubby, taking a break from a compound you've been on for a while is always a good idea. I think you'll like the Primo, ladies tend to do well with it. Lil Lifter has tried it, she started at 25mg a week but she started to get the tickle in her throat on 50mg a week so we dropped it. Sucked for her but worked out well for me because I finished it off!

Ahhhhh!!! I hate taking pics! Anyway, I started GH 3 days ago. 2iu's once in the morning. I'm 5'7 and my morning weight on day 1 was about 161. I've been taking 20mg of var, 100mg of deca and 40mcg of MC's igf preworkout. Love it! Did I miss anything? The Goose is loose in The Dude household! That's the only way he was going to get me to post pics :)

Is the bottle just used for scale of your size? lol.....

Thanks! I'm going to slowly start back with my pole fitness classes in 2 wks. That will put me at the 6 wk mark with GH. I don't know if that's enough time for it to have kicked in but we'll see and I'll keep ya posted.

If anyone's still wondering why I started, I get a throbbing pain in both my arms during the classes so I've taken a long break. That's the #1 reason for the GH. If it takes care of the cause of my pain I'll be a happy girl! Fingers crossed!

Looking good girl. I gotta think of another contest soon to spice up this summer,, altjhough Im currently off all supps, no creatine or glutamine for a month;(
 
A little update, I've been on for 6 weeks now and I've noticed I feel a tad bit stronger at the gym. My weight's stayed the same, maybe down a little. Last Monday mornings weight was 156. Results are slow, but I'm happy...I took my first pole class since I've been on and I'm thrilled to say I had zero pain :) I'm taking it slow as I have a tendency to push it. For those wondering, The Dude thinks I have tendonitis in my arms. It only bothered me during and after my pole classes. I'll keep y'all updated as far as my pain because it seems many people here have some sort of elbow pain and so on. Anyway, I'm very happy as it seems to be the answer to my dilemma.
 
Have you tried IGF for elbows. I usually dont push it but I was in a motercycle accident a couple years ago. huge road
rash on my arm. Did IGF daily and it healed unbelievabley fast. I know it was the igf.
