Sorry all. I didn't logout. I just have the site under a secure tab. I should be home in a few days. I have just lost my ltttle brother, his wife, only son, and the oldest daughter in a car accident. I have been dealing with the funeral services, family, CPS, and the list goes on and on. I may be putting this off for a bit. I appreciate your understanding. I will post as I can.

Thank you all so much for the kind words, they mean so much to me at this time. I am back home now and we are in the process of formally adopting my niece. I know things will get better over time, it's just a lot now. I will need an outlet so I am hoping to start my log soon. I just need a few days to get my head and family pointed in a good direction. I will respond to all previous posts, questions, post pictures, and keep you all updated in a few days. I am considering changing the name of this log to start fresh. I'll sit on it a few day and maybe get some opinions. Believe me, this is the last way I expected my first log back to start out.

I just got home from another meeting. Also, I never realized how hard it was for me to take a post a picture of myself. This is the first time I believe I've done this.
I'm hoping this will end up being a good starting point.
I am going to try and catch up on the site, and my log. I need to answer some questions that were posted. I think it will be good for me to step back from the recent events and get back after taking care of myself.

Preloading isnt needed bro this is very oldschool way
start with 250mgs sustanon and 200mgs equipoise and run it the first 8 weeks so you can see how you feel as we dial in diet and training properly thats the key

That's about all I take every day. I had a probiodic I was using, bust just couldn't tell if it was doing anything.
I will need to work on my meals as I cook for everyone in the whole house, and extra for me.
I just made 15lbs of home made sausage. 50% lean beef 50% pork shoulder with most of the thick fat removed.
40lb cat is a good size fish. That's fucking awesome that you have a rance and access to all that amazing food. Living on and operating a rance is one part in my end game. I worked on several ranches as a youth and it has never left me.
I live in the mountains now and don't eat much catfish anymore. I eat a good amount of trout and kokanee. I think dove is my favorite bird, but it takes a lot to fill the grill but they are awesome. I really enjoy deer, elk, and moose. I've had bear a few times and I'm still on the fence. I don't mind antelope, if I've done all the processing. I feel antelope can get pretty funky if not killed and processed correctly.
