So just a quick update and an embarrassing confession.

I just placed my order with PSL and I will be adding some Var to my cycle. I'm open to suggestions, but I figured I will start with 20-30mg/day for 3-4 week at the beginning of my cycle. Maybe use what I have leftover for the end of this run, or the beginning of the next.

So the embarrassing thing is... I was listening to the Hardcore 2.0 podcast and realized that I really don't know how to flex my muscles for pictures. It probably sounds silly, but I've really only did it for my wife and my boys when they were little.

Even without that put pics up and we'll help with tips

We do get high quality eggs if we purchase them. I have a buddy that pretty much supports our family's egg habit. It works well for both of us. I do, or help him with project and he pays with eggs and good conversation.

4L scrambled eggs with home made Carnita sausage dusted with hard cheese.
that is good. fresh eggs is the best! a lot of the eggs sold are so low quality they aren't worth a damn nutrition wise. they feed the chickens chemicals

I couldn't agree more. Our family has had chickens most of my childhood. I was in the Army traveling all over and couldn't have any as a young adult. Later I was able to have chickens and some beef on some dirt in Kentucky. We didn't feed the chickens much from spring to fall. It was there job to keep the bugs down all over the property, and they did a phenomenal job. Can you imagine how may bugs and other natural food sources they have to eat to pop out an egg almost every day, fucking crazy if you ask me.

We did a pretty good job of rotating the birds from egg layers to clean free range meat. It's crazy to see and know the difference between free range eggs and meat, compared to the rubbish they sell at most stores.

20-30mgs a day of var is a bit low. i would push it a bit higher to get the most out of it in your situation.
you can also learn to flex by watching some videos or going to a bodybuilding show

@Catfishlips PSL is a good source. you won't go wrong with them. anavar is a good option. you can play with the dose if you want
 
I am taking the morning off from the gym to get some work done. I need to hit the grocery store today. My fridge is way too low.

Breakfast
Protein shake with coffee
Steel cut and rolled oats with fresh strawberries and Pecans. I will be adding ⅓-½ cup Ripple milk.

No eggs this morning. I had a late night hunger attack and ate my last 4 hard boiled eggs.
Food looks very solid 💪
 
Thanks for the info. I've never thought about loosing nutes on eggs. I am aware of a decrease when you cook certain vegetables.

This is a brand I've been getting for a while now. They are pretty solid. I am fortunate enough to have a Natural Grocery nearby, that is about the only place I get eggs.
someone else mentioned it because i discuss it a lot on the podcast but you always want to look for that 'humane friendly' sticker. i learned that years ago when i had an egg farmer on my show. that confirms everything they claim on the carton. a lot of times they will say things like 'cage free' or 'organic' but that means nothing
 
Thanks ceo, I suppose I would just like to have a nice physical log of myself to see the changs.

This will be much first experience with any oral, I'm probably going to start a 20, and go up if I am responding well.

I absolutely agree, and can 100% confirm that "big brands" do everything they legally can to manipulate marketing strategies. It quite frankly makes me mad. They have teams of legal that polish, bend, and flat out manipulat phrasing to cash in.

Damn, daily! I was under the impression that I could skip on my off/rest days because of the quick half life. Well, fuck it, it is what it is. I've been choking down 3 bags of supplements everyday for as long as I can remember, what's a few more small ones going to do.

Also, I have been strongly encouraged to get on some N2Guard. Can anyone let me know the most reputable and reasonably priced place to get some. I almost passed up on this cycle, for many reasons and cost was definitely one. I have an extra mouth to feed now and need to be smart with my money. I would rather miss a meal than purchase garbage food for my family. I guess, I'm just trying to adjust to a lot and not sacrifice the health, wellness, and happiness of my household.

That is good to hear. I have been hearing anywhere from 30-50mg/d. I will probably go ahead and start at 30. I will also post a TD Pic when they land.
i would start at the dose you want. with these hormones you want to attack the cycle from the get go IMO

yes the food quality in the USA/Canada and a few other countries is horrificly bad. but you realize why once you see what % of the economy is dependent on farmers, restaurant and food industries. it will be bad until we die for that reason. so you gotta be a smart consumer. luckily there are a lot of good options these days. i recommend downloading the yuka app. its is free to use and you can use it to scan a lot of things
 
Thank you all. I want you make sure I am getting the most out of my cycle. I'm hoping to be able to keep the Var dose low, but I will absolutely go up on the dosage if I'm tolerating it well. Form what I understand the Var will kick in fast and should enhance the effectiveness of the other compounds. I am a bit concerned about the lower back pumps. I have an old wrestling and work injury in my low back, it can be pretty painful if im not careful. I have been considering using some BPC to see if that will do me any good. Maybe one of the BOC and 500 combos, I'm not really sure, so many options and so much to consider. I don't want to run too many different compounds at once. It will be hard to determine what is doing what if I have too much going at once. Maybe I'll wait for the the Peptides until I'm near the end or have finished up with my PCT.

Doesn't sound silly man alot of guys dont know how to flex correctly especially when first starting out, dont feel ashamed or afraid to post or ask a question, we ste here to support and help along the way with anything we can, i mean hell i still am learning myself.
