Zero carbs at this point. 5 meals a day 7 ounce chicken breast 3x a day with greens. 2 scoops of ISO 100 and 8 ounce of red meat usually sirloin with greens. Max I can be is 192 so just playing my cards right and trying to nail sick conditioning.
So this is my last zero carb day. Will add carbs in tomorrow and more red meat. It's going to be pretty crazy to see my body transform. It's been one of a prep with zero carbs, working construction while training and doing 60 minutes of cardio per day. The added size I put on surprised me a lot. I was 181 on stage 12 weeks ago. Let's see what happens!!
You look great! Don't forget when you de water you are going to drop quite a few pounds. I'm 3 weeks out from the state Championships and 5 weeks out from the Teen Collegiate and Masters Nationals and I will try to stay 10 pounds heavy and I'm spot on right now at 257 since my classic weight is 247. One gallon of water is 8 pounds give or take so keep that in mind. At this point weight isn't a worry and don't worry about anything but stepping on that stage and nailing your presentation. You've put in the work and now the cards will fall where they may so go have fun. The big shows are so fucking exciting going head to head with hopefully the best.
