So I had a bad week. Work has been extra stressful these last few days and worst of all I found out a friend of mine has breast cancer. She's only 33!! Needless to say I haven't been motivated at all. Yesterday's morning weight was 158.6 but that could be because I haven't had much of an appetite (except for the 2 Klondike bars yesterday...somehow I managed to get those down, lol). Anyway, I'm over my "poor me" week and it's time to get back to my old ways. I don't want to waste this opportunity!!! Starting today I'm back to weights, 30 min. of cardio 4 days a week and cleaning up my diet. I'm really just venting right now and this is my way of starting fresh so wish me luck!
