It happens or has happened to all of us. You meet a new girl and she tells you she wants to "tone up". All the normal hang ups and misconceptions are in play. Let's say you talk her into doing injections or pills. What would you pitch to her?
I'd start out super basic. I'd convince her to come with me for 4 weeks to get a feel for it and focus on squats, lunges, upright rows... fun stuff. I'd get her to write down her weights. This is a huge part since it gives them something to strive to beat. This is HUGE at the beginning. After 4 weeks I'd do 10mg of Anavar. The strength gains will be super motivating. Two weeks into that I'd add ECA and get them hooked on the new energy. From there I'd play it by ear. Focus on the weights and cardio so that they get focused on the new strength and hardness. At that point I'd see how they feel about adding in the IGF. Women always have a hard time building side delts and after legs I think thats what they focus on most. I'd do 40mcg split bilaterally daily. From there you should be seeing great strength gains for quite a while and once they learn to love their new shape it's easier to stick with it since they don't want to lose it. I normally don't suggest AAS so early, but girls don't work like guys do. They need to fall head over heals into it and when they do they normally stay that way. Guys seem to always have something come up once they put on a few pounds of bloat... in that respect women's persistence really gives them an edge.
I'm curious what would you guys suggest?
