When I first got into using aas the motto of "low & slow" & "time off = time on"
After awhile I talked to enough ladies that wre doing 8 month cycles (4 months bulking and then 4 months cutting) leading up to a show. Then they would take 4 months off before gearing up for the next season.
I tried this style and really liked it. But I always question my aas knowledge because I only know maybe 10 women on the boards that will discuss this topic. I always wonder what the other couple thousand women out thare that use do.
I have looked at women that tout the shorter cycles and they seem to me to have way more sides.
This current cycle I am on is one that I would like to extend maybe swithing out the compounds in a few months, but its low enough on the dosing that I am not to fearful of sides I can't live with.
So is my plan ok if its working or are there unforseen pitfals to it?
...................and where the heck is NVS?
Chica, looks like you need to answer this since she's MIA
