Not sure if its in my head or not but i started using some fast acting deca, im using 166mg daily,(dont ask its just how my conversion turned out ok,lol) anyways 166mg daily and im in day 5 and i swear my knee feels trillion times better, and i dont feel like the bone is rubbing anymore, no aches no nothing! i actualy did legs the day before i started this deca and thats why i decided to use the deca after not using deca of any kind for more then 5-6 years, so after that last leg day my knee hurt so bad i decided to use the deca(fast acting0 and it feels awsome thus far , I actualy cant wait to do legs tomorow or monday to see if it feels better while doing legs!

I will keep this deca/knee log going but i wanted to hear from all of you about how deca has helped ur joints if ever at all, and if u tryed the fast acting deca, and is it in my head or does fast acting deca help the joints like the regualr old deca supposedly does?

I was disappointed in deca in terms of how it is said to help joint problems vs. what it actually did for me. I have a lot of problems with my knees and shoulders and deca did little to nothing for me over the course of a 12 week cycle at 400mg/wk (along with 750mg/wk test). I'm certainly not down on deca - I put on and kept a good deal of mass - but it didn't really help at all with joint problems. I have friends who swear by deca for this purpose, though. I guess it depends on what your problems are to start with. Bursitis runs in my family (although I've never seen it as bad as some medical photos you'll see online).

No offense, but you are only 28, so that's probably why it didn't do much for you. Deca helps to lubricate joints, it doesn't really fix problems like bursitis. We older folks have dryer joints, and I've noticed a huge difference when I've used deca. When you get to be 10 years older, you'll probably notice a difference then.

No offense taken; I believe you are exactly right! My point was basically the same as yours - that it is unlikely to help with pathological problems. A lot of people have the perception that it will help with any joint issues, which hasn't been the case in my experience. I've known people that regard it as some kind of miracle cure for joint problems and have tried to rehab from injuries such like rotator cuff tears with it. To my knowledge, all AAS interfere with healing from injuries, so that's probably not a good idea at all. That being said, there's no question that nandrolone will help with lubrication issues. I have known quite a few people who've experienced a great amount of relief from it.

Also, 38 isn't "older folks"! My lifting partner is 38 and it's all I can do to keep up with him.

Lol, well 38 certainly feels much older than 28. Yeah, I see what you were trying to say now, and I agree.

Ok well as i stated in this thread i will be posting updates about how this fast acting deca is helping my bad knee

well today i went into the gym and it was suppose to be a rest day for me today so i decided to not do a full blown legs but i was so eager to see how the knee fealt doing legs, so i decided to just do leg extensions to get a pump and to mainly see how my knee fealt

Well it was the first time in just over two years that i had absolutly no pain what so ever!! Like i said i only did leg extensions 4 sets for a pump, and my knee fealt like it was a new knee as if someone operated on it in my sleep and as if it healed over note, amazing!!!!!!!!!

I cant stress enough just how well this fast acting deca worked on my knee pain

i will post an update when i dod full scheduled leg day!

I should have some next week and I am hoping it does the same for my destroyed right shoulder. When I go heavy I wake up with my arm like stuck to my head and have to slowly move it to get range of motion. It is better than it was since I always stretch and warm up now, but I suspect the day will come that I have to see the orthopedic surgeon.

just an update, still no pain no ache no throbbing, and it was a daily issue for me!
