Ok guys, I have been using Glutamine/Creatine for a little over a year and have been eating mostly clean. For the past 6 months, my weight will NOT budge over 242lbs. Now, I used to use just creatine back in my mid twenties and got up to 300lbs plus. At that time, I could easily maintian 270lbs hard and clean. I eat better now and know more and workout much better. Is this my age factor?? Do I need more glutamine?? Why is it that I could easily get to 275 lbs before but now I cant budge for 6 months??
Maybe my metabolism has gotten faster, so now Im going to heavily up the calories and try to eat more beef but by the eveing if I must, then Ill throw in junk. I just need to slow this monster metabolism down.
