I ran out of amino's before my workout the other day so I decided to grab a tub of Chained Out as it was discounted and a great deal. I had already taken 4 and a half scoops of Jack3d (I've worked up to it). So I mixed 1 and a half scoops of Chained Out not knowing it had a preworkout thing in it. Damn!! I was wired!! I had a great workout, but afterwards I literally passed out. Any idea as to what I should lower the Jack3d dose to??
