Jack3d and Chained Out

I ran out of amino's before my workout the other day so I decided to grab a tub of Chained Out as it was discounted and a great deal. I had already taken 4 and a half scoops of Jack3d (I've worked up to it). So I mixed 1 and a half scoops of Chained Out not knowing it had a preworkout thing in it. Damn!! I was wired!! I had a great workout, but afterwards I literally passed out. Any idea as to what I should lower the Jack3d dose to??
 
4 1/2 scoops? Damn, dude... how do you sleep at night? Chain'd Out is the shit... love it!! I usually just drink CO during my workout, but lowering the Jack3d to 2-3 sounds about right. Maybe since you have such a tolerance, try 3 and see how you feel and if it's still too much, then go to 2...
 
Seriously all I take is 2 scoops. When it loses some effectiveness I dont take it for a few days then go back to two scoops.

Yeah its bad. I train at around 5 and go to bed at 11 or 12 and have no problems sleeping. I built up a tolerance very fast even with taking 2 week breaks. I think I'll drop it to 3, but I don't even recognize anything in Chained Out that's a stimulant.

I don't either... I didn't know it had anything like that to be honest. I usually drink a black iced coffee with a shot of espresso pre-workout. CO doesn't do anything for me in that department...
 
Saw the thread title and thought it was funny, since I really use both of these. Sorry, but I wouldn't really consider Chained Out to be a preworkout supp. It is really just a great source of aminos. I take several scoops, several times periodically throughout the day.

However, preworkout I do indeed use Jack3d. But I use it at a lower than normal dose, since I use something called Anadraulic State concurrently with it. I'm hoping someone else has used this stuff. It is absolutely fantastic. I currently utilize 1.5 scoops of both Jack3d and Anadraulic State with 500mg of Niacin (for the Niacin flush) 45 minutes prior to my workout.


I am seriously telling you guys you need to try the aforementioned combination. I EXPLODE in the gym when I get there, have warmed up, and my supps have kicked in.

Please guys, give it a try, and get back to me.

That's 2 now that use CO and don't get the effects I got. Maybe it had nothing to do with the CO and I need to shake the Jack3d prior to each serving? Maybe I just got a really strong few scoops??

yeah I love jacked I made the mistake the first time i used it - i took 4 scoops, OMG I thought I was going to pass out in the gym but I just kept working 2 hour workout if I can remember right.

I usually go one month on one off. to keep it effective.

Dude 1 scoops does the trick for me some days, I'd drop the dose if I was taking CO with it for sure.
 
I've taken up to 3-4 scoops of CO (depending on how high I fill my gallon of water up) and never had it feel like a preworkout supp... I take it for the aminos.

I just got ALR's WTF and have been using that to fuel my workouts this week. So far, I like it and every workout has been energized and balls to the wall! I've never tried Jack3d (though I've heard it's crazy good!)
 
I take about 4 scoops of jack and I thought I was the man as far as resisting the effects of caffeine go. I would try 3 myself bro. I started doing 2 of jack and 1 no xplode the last two days and it is working well for me. Nearly gear like pumps no joke. Im sure in two weeks it won't be like that but for now it is.

I hate how great you feel in the beginning when you first start taking a supp like that and then your body gets used to it and stops feeling that high "I'm gonna hit the gym and KILL it" feeling.
 
I've just started shaking the Jack3d before each serving and sticking with 4 scoops and 2 scoops of Chained Out. I never got that effect again, but I love the 2 together. Going again today to see if I can find that stuff Anadraulic State and cut down the Jack3d for a while.
