Silk is going with me to the gym today so I'll see if I can get some pics. I'm struggling with the carb cycling so I upped the IGF a bit and it was very nice. Still have 100% of my strength. The 3 cups of extra rice I ate yesterday put me back up to 237lbs.
Maybe I'll get some more pics of Silk too. She is leaning out nicely

Lol! No worries. I may not be tall or dark, but I'm a handsome SOB! Silk is doing amazing. We train together nearly everyday and the results have been awesome. The only addition for her has been IGF and I've been slowly raising her dose. She now does 60mcg preworkout and she is crazy strong. Wide grip Upright rows with 135lbs for like. 10 reps this week! It seems she has her diet figured out better than I have mine. I'm working on it though!

I've been duped into 150-160mcg preworkout. The pumps are just too good. I think I've maxed out the diet and keeping 100% of my strength. Silk has also bumped up to 60mcg preworkout.
I'm not sure what she's doing differently, but she is leaning out daily and seeing strength increases. She's a monster!

Alright!! Arm day and I'm feeling good and had a little cheat (Chipotle). I'm very tempted to do 40mcg in each bicep AND each tricep!! This could get wild. Give me room!
