So I'm hooked. After a few days of 150mcg+ I can't go back to 100mcg. It's just amazing. The pumps are so thick and everything gets so dense. I've been sticking with the diet, but weight has held at 235-236lbs. I've got some bathroom selfies that I've been comparing and it looks like I'm still leaning out, just very slowly since getting rid of the super low carb days. I just can't train on less than 200g of carbs. Well I can't do it and keep my intensity and weights up. I'm still very pleased with the progress. Muscles are getting great roundness and seperation and my vascularity is much improved. I look a lot bigger than 235lbs
