thats great!Thank you. Good enough for what I need. Able to hit everything and yep, I go hard every workout. Moderate to heavy weight but High Sets, High Reps and FAST PACE with very little rest in between. Hearts always beating outta my chest and soaked in sweat.

Seeing the weights is still nice alot of us are interested in what you lifted doesnt have to be max or heavy, we just like the minor details.For a couple reasons. First, I never lift max anymore so I never really focus so much on how much weight I lift. Only how many reps/sets I can move with certain weights and adjust from there. Normally I'm between 60%-80% of 1RM.
Secondly, I've always been pretty strong with a high endurance level and even when lifting with much bigger guys I can hold my own easily and last much longer. So when I used to post weight, far too many haters on the net would start talking crap asking me to prove it and post pics or videos of my lifts.lol. So it's easier to just leave the weights out.![]()
