Man, I'll tell ya fellas, we all worry about missing our workouts for fear that we're gonna lose our gains but it just ain't so!! I missed some workouts due to being crazy crazy busy at work and getting home late,but the fuck of I don't have better workouts when I do get back under the Iron!! That little break my muscles have recharges them and gives them the rest they need to grow!!

Fuckin last night's Arm workout was a killer and I broke another PR in the Tri Ext and in the EZ Bar Curls!!!

Fuckin Arms are still pumped the fucked up today and feeling AMAZING!!!
