Its been over 6 months since my last cycle. Im so f-ing amped to start up again!! I decided to go on a 16 weeker because of the way things are now. Im packing on the pounds, got on the scale this morning and weighed 249. Sounds great but im a fat f-k. Im wearing 38s.... Im torn between adding more weight to my bench press and loosing the spare tire. Im going to try jogging every day, which is why im going to use deca.

16 weeks:

750 mgs of test E
500 mgs of deca
40 mgs of t-bol ed. for ? weeks.

I've never used t-bol. Im not really sensitive to estrogen anymore. I dont bloat, but do get a little gyno. anyway, im hoping to use the t-bol to help combat this. Im not sure how many weeks to run it for. If i cant run it for the whole 16, im planning on running it towards the end to cut the estrogen.

so what do you guys think?
 
the more i read on t-bol, it sounds like its pretty weak. Im bumping it up to 50mgs... Does anyone know forsure if it will work as an anti-e???
 
bro sounds like this flat bench thing is an ego thing for ya.....and you are the exact type at risk to injury. incline and decline are def safer. and switch to smith for flat. that takes some pressure of the cuff and smaller stabilizers. also if i was 250 and trying to grow i wouldnt be jogging anywhere. way to high impact. try brisk walking on an inclined treadmill.

the fater i get, the more of a power lifter i want to be. Even though... im not much of one of those either..

the stabilizers are definaley a problem. Thats was hurting from saturdays bench for like 3 days.

some guys love the T-bol But Im not a big fan..Its sides outweigh the benefits IMHO..As far as goals, everyone does indeed have their own but Im more of a fan of bodybuilding and training to look good. You didnt state your height and age and also really need to think about what you really "want". You can always train to look good with decent strength.. Id be looking more at a test/eq/var cycle or deca/test/winny

35 years of age
been lifting for 20 years, cycling for about 3.

just new to t-bol. I think it sounds a little weak...

actually Im about to be 37 but close enough...At our age I dont think you wanna go too crazy and T-bol is far from weak as far as sides are concerned..Why not go with

weeks 1-12 test e- 750mg/week
deca- 400mg/week

weeks 8-12 winny at 40-50g/day

follow that up with some pct and you could go with some HCG and arimidex during the cycle as well..
 
I would skip the winny Normal with your shoulder problems you don't need anything else harsh on your joints. I like the test-e/deca combo you and Shane outlined but I would maybe go anavar or oral Primo for your oral if you feel you need one...
 
i'd say just test/deca. orals have really lost their appeal to me. toxic, pricey, and their use must (should) be limited.
20 weeks of orals, hell no. 20 weeks of test/deca....no big deal.

I was wondering do you know ho to prep m.c.t. oils for injecting
I hear guys talking about it and I know how and when to inject itbut im not sure how to prep it can you help me out or is it as easy as it sounds
 
T-bol actually does not have that bad of sides when compared to d-bol (bloating, decrease in appetite, etc.), but it is still harsh on the liver. I'd only run it 4-6 weeks and get some nolva or arimidex to control estrogen/gyno. I would not depend on the t-bol to stop gyno.
