Weighed 245.2 this morning. Will be doing arms today. Probably will be taking another set of pics tonight. Will keep you updated.
 
Had arms today and cardio. Had a lot going on today so I worked out late and also had to do cardio afterwards. Arms is usually a longer day for me so I took a meal with me to the gym so that I could stay on schedule. I love the looks you get from people when you eat at the gym. Feeling pretty strong right now and I was not quite as hungry today so that was a good feeling for me. I have legs tomorrow so I hope to be good and rested for that.
 
Weighed in at 247 today. Had a good shoulder workout. I have been feeling good and not too hungry but as soon as I get out to my parents house to visit this evening I see all these Christmas goodies and now I am starving!! I guess I will have to become a hermit in order to survive.
 
Workout was good today. Other than some soreness here and there in my shoulder and bicep my body feels good. But when you work your body as hard as any bodybuilder has to, some aches and pains are to be expected. The holidays are making the diet that much harder. Every where I turn there is holiday food. But I can get past that because I know there is a light at the end of this tunnel. For those of you not dieting, enjoy the food for me!
 
Almost forgot 17 weeks out today. Seems like a while but I know that time will pass by quickly. It will be here soon enough. I must be focused every day on getting myself ready.
 
Weighed 244.6 this morning. Weight is coming down a little bit. We will see if it holds. I feel like my body looks its best right now first thing in the morning. Have to do a cardio session today because I didn't do one on leg day. My gym is closed on Sunday's so I will do my cardio at the track today. Other than that it will be a good day of rest and getting ready for the holiday activities.
 
Enjoyed a day of rest. I must have pulled or tweaked my middle delt in my left shoulder because it is killing me right now. Hope it will not affect my chest workout tomorrow. Other than that my body is feeling pretty good right now.
 
Well guys I have officially started my precontest cycle that I talked about in detail in my first post here. I will keep you all up to date on changes and how I feel as we progress from here. Will get some pics up this week since I missed some from last week. Nuknuk has been kind enough to allow me one cheat meal tomorrow so I will be eating my moms Christmas lunch. No desserts but the whole foods will be good enough for me.
 
Weighed 247.8 this morning. Enjoyed my one cheat meal. Probably the only one in this prep. Good day overall. Look forward to being back in the gym for arms tomorrow. Hope you all had a good Christmas. One of my presents today was a meal cooler. Will make it very easy to carry around a day of food while traveling or on the go.

if your coworkers dont say it already get ready for the perpetual "you eat the same thing every day?" or "dont you want something else?" or "eating again?" i had it for years in the office then they slowly just accept that 11am was chicken and rice time and 4pm was tuna and rice time etc.
 
Weighed in at 247.6 this morning. Not much change even after a cheat meal so I was pleased with that. Doing arms today so we will see how I feel today.
 
Had a good workout today. Felt a good pump and good strength. Was able to do 100's on hammer curls today. The most I have done in a while. Took a couple videos of the workout. Will post those soon. Seeing some good vascularity right now as well.
