Been reading a good bit of this log. And I have to say this is very impressive. Watching your Marco with rest and lift days. Going into cuts and bulks. Staying lean and constantly changing rep range and set up of the lifts. Well done sir. I’d love to see more logs like this. Even if there not as successful as yours we still gain lots of experience and knowledge through each other’s experiences.
