Little of both.
They've both been surgically repaired, so usually they aren't a problem.
But sometimes too many long days in a row at work, on my feet in shoes not really designed for comfort, My hips can get aggravated, they just needed rest.
I'm on vacation this week so they will be fine for Saturday's session.

Had a great time, this was an indoor range so pistols only well (.22 rifles also).
