Squat Training - Week 2 (week 3 workout is 10/8)
What is happening here?
We are doing an 8 week training course broken into 2 four week waves.
The goal is to complete 6x6 as quickly as possible. The first 4 weeks we hope to finish inside of 12 minutes, and the 2nd 4 week block the time would be increased to 15 minutes as the load goes up.
This is high density training where increasing load is how we increase difficulty week to week.
I will be throwing in some anavar to survive the next 6 weeks
Tomorro 320 or 325 is the target and week 4 is hopefully 365. By week 8 I want 405
