After my last back injury I said I will never do barbell rows again. So thats it... no barbell row, deadlifts or squats for me. I would much rather stay injury free and I can still progress without them. Plus I can go really heavy with every back machine including the one you mention. You are spot on so I won't be making the same mistake again. Unfortunately my current gym doesn't have a chest supported t-bar row machine but does have chest supported high and low row machines (plus they are plate loaded too). Thanks for posting matey Just watching people deadlift on you tube makes me cringe now

I didn't have the best sleep (woken up a few times) so just chilling but will leave for the gym very soon. I just dosed syntherol at 1ml in 4 spots in each calf and will now eat. Gonna have oats, sultanas, banana slices with chocolate whey mixed in. Then I will dose 500mg synthetine and 1 1/2 scoops of Gaspari SP250 and leave for the gym.
Today I am training legs and will push it as hard as possible. Not gonna go too heavy and keep the weight moderate but reps high and rest periods extremely low. Going to a different gym has this one has a leg press I like and a standing calf raise machine. I wanted to wait till my back had recovered before standing calf raises and I feel good so gonna abuse myself on that thing
I will dose 1.5ml syntherol in my arms later when I take my second dose of synthetine. I started my 40mg mast e last night and will take 50mg oral winny pre workout too.
Elvia. I am surprised that you are doing barbell rows given the nature of your back injury. Even with the smith machine you are putting quite a load on that lower back. I don't fuck with barbell rows anymore. One mis-step and I am out for six months. Do you have a t-bar row machine with a chest rest on it in your gym? That works pretty good for me.
